Worst service. With out specifying amount and date of car pick up they sent me a contract doc. I signed on it online. They assigned a broken truck to me. I called the truck driver. He said truck was broken and asked me to cancel the order. Then I sent and called to cancel the order. They cancelled as truck was not available and charged 100$. They know truck was broken. How can they charge 100$ for broken truck. Customer follow up nil. Email reply is not in time. So please please never choose L & J Premium transportation for car transportation.
