From the time I first started dealing with KOTR, they were curtious and had a genuine concern for the shipping. I had first requested a quote because I didn't know the exact date and the quote was cheaper then any other I had. They had some follow ups with me to see if I was still interested, but they weren't bothersome. The tranport driver, Thad was great, communicated well and I have to say the whole experience was pleasant. I have already reccomended this company to another person.
