My truck was a pick up truck with a utility/tool box body on it. They gave a 5 day guaranty for pick up. It took 10 days for them to find a transporter, several transporters would not take a utility body truck. While this was going on I spoke to a supervisor and she told me that they have now changed their guaranty to 10 days on none stock vehicles. I also found out that because we went past the 5 days they gave up their fee and added it to the transporters amount. There were times I was really pissed off. We had some problems but they stood behind their word by giving up their money. They found a transporter and it was here one day after pick up. I wish (and so do they) that I had known it was going to take so long to find a transporter, but all in all the truck is here in good shape for what they quoted me and they stood behind their guaranty and made nothing on this to get the job done. They are a stand up company that stands behind their word. THANK YOU
