This was my first time in dealing with a transport company. I went through a bad expereince a few weeks ago with a transport company who promised certain things only to attempt to steal my money. I had to jump through a lot of hoops in order to stap payment on my credit card and was forced to cancel it and replace my credit card with a new one. After that experience, I was very hesitant to go with another company. I found Dorian to be very knowledgeable, good customer service, great follow up and most importantly - he did what he said he would do. They picked up one of my prized possessions on a Monday evening in Florida and it was delivered to me in Texas less than 48 hours later. The guys who transported it seemed to handle it with care and communicated with me along the way. I was completely satisified with this service and I am considering using them right now for another transport / delivery.
