Got online quote from VA to ID, cost $900. 2 days later Jeep was "dispatched", later canx'd by their company. Called to reconfirm that week, supposedly put back on books but no contact for 2 weeks called to find out was not re-dispatched, another week later called again...told not re-dispatched still, they stated they would start calling drivers to move this process faster, I asked for an email or call to update me. gave one more week, nothing, not even the call or email...called again and they asked if I would like them to start calling drivers I said I would give them 24hrs and I just wanted a call or email either way (So I would at least know they were concerned w/ shipment)-no word. I called 3 days later to cancel, and she said I could send more money, when I asked for a refund of deposit, they couldn't find my file- but did w/in 30mins and she called back (so that was a good ending for that). I understand that the quote may have been a low number for the price of shipping now, and maybe that was the problem with not getting the car here, but I am VERY displeased with the lack of customer service and attention that I recieved. All I needed was some updates and this wouldn't have been an issue at all. I would love to write a review with how they helped me get this done and how they advised me about increasing the payment and how they kept me in touch but this did not happen
