Had KJ Falcon transport my car from Phx-Maryland. Car delivered-DESTROYED. The broker (Phoenix Auto Transport) rated this company "A plus"-"great company"-"we use them all the time"-"FULLY INSURED"-"never had a problem"! Candace from Phx Auto Transport wanted to assure me that we would have a great experience and no problems with any insurance issues with KJ Falcon-they are FULLY INSURED with an A rated Insurance Company. KJ FALCON never even notified broker or me that the car was destroyed-even though they knew 2 days before delivery! PHX AUTO TRANSPORT never followed up with trucking company-did not know delivery was late, did not know car was damaged until I informed them!!Where is that great customer service you promised Phx Auto Transport and Candace? Astonishing that I have not heard from Candace despite her promise of follow-up. Oh-that's right- the owner of Phx Auto Transport gave me the brush off.
POOR CUSTOMERSERVICE AND COMMUNICATION from PHOENIX AUTO TRANSPORT as well as KJ FALCON!! The car arrived TOTALED-allegedly due to hail storm damage! When I took my car in for estimate i was told "Absolutely no way this roof damage was caused by hail!" The broken windshield and broken mirror as well as small dents may have been caused by hail-but not roof damage.
KJ FALCON-said absolutely all damages would be covered by their insurance! Then their insurance- TRAVELRS INSURANCE COMPANY-denied any liability citing "hail storm" was "Act of God"-so sorry- NONE OF YOUR DAMAGES will be covered. TRAVELERS refuses to send out an adjustor to inspect roof damage stating "we have a statement from driver" denying he damaged the car!
KJ FALCON says so sorry-nothing we can do-they won't refund ANY money OR step-up to the plate and fix ANY DAMAGES. KJ Falcon says "Oh sorry we are just a small business-can't possibly "do the right thing" -"not our fault"-we can't possibly afford to pay out of our pocket or refund the cost of transport-"use your own insurance to cover the damages"!!
Everyone from Phoenix Transport, to KJ Falcon to Travelers Insurance denies any and all liability!! Astonishing to me how these companies can justify they have no liability and just say "oh sorry nothing we can do" and they run the other way!!! Any and all communications relating to this transport and subsequent damages with ALL these companies was initiated by me-never once did ANY of the people I dealt with initiate a call, to inform me of anything! WOW-stay far away..these companies initially talk the talk-but they sure don't walk the walk or stand behind anything they promise!!!
