We used Showtime for our broker with Greg as the contact. They were great to deal with. Greg is the "Gold Standard" for customer service. They kept me informed and advocated for me with the transport company, KJ Falcon. If it hadn't been for Greg I'm not sure there ever would have been a transport
The bad side was that KJ Falcon Transport did the actual transport. They were rude, crude and socially unacceptable. The only good thing is although days late in pick up they did deliver on time. Their basic attitude is they will show up when the show and you should be ready no matter the time of day. One should feel honored that they stooped so low as to transport your car. KJ was originally scheduled to pick-up on Tuesday, 4 Oct, then it was Wednesday around 6pm. They were a constant no call , no show finally arriving Friday night at 8:15 pm. They didn't do a vehicle inspection as it was dark or give us any paper work saying there wasn't any. Although they got across country and delivered as originally agreed to dealing with them was so difficult I wouldn't do it again.
I'll do business any day with Showtime particular if Greg is there and we don't use Falcon.
