The car was picked up a little late which was fine. It was supposed to be delivered to me on the following Thursday. Thursday comes and no word. I call. My car arrived in state on Wednesday and was put in a storage lot in a not so great area"". My car is a classic convertible and my agreement was NO storage yard. They say they will bring it in a few days which is unacceptable.I get a trailer, drive 2 hours there (and back) to get my car. They give me a whooping $50 discount. I get the car home, and while underneath, I find frame damage which appears from where the car was tied down. Of course....they didn't do it I'm told and are not responsible. So I take the loss and that too. Just a horrible experience
