I was nervous about transporting the car across the country and Jay was recommended to me by my brother, who had used him too. He walked me thru the whole process in a very friendly easy manner. He even responded to my calls or emails outside the normal working hours which was very impressive. When the transporters tried to charge me extra for excessive weight in my car, he called them and negotiated with them and savd me $100/-.This was over and above his responsiability but he did it anyway. I will recommend him to anyone and use his company myself if need arose.
