I had contracted with two different auto transport companies prior to contacting Jay's. The first company said they would get the car picked up in less than two weeks. They didn't get it done, so I terminated the contract. The second company said they would get the car picked up within 4 days. Near the end of that time, they contacted me and said that I would have to pay more money than their quote if I wanted the car picked up. I told them that we had a contract price and that if they were going to now charge more, then I would cancel my contract with them.

Then I called Jay's Auto Transport Co. and talked to Jay. He said that he could get the car picked up in 3-4 days and that the price would be what he quoted to me. We agreed on the details of the contract and I told him to send me his contract and I would sign it. About10 minutes later he called me and told me he had a truck and driver lined up for me. He also gave me the driver's name and phone number. He had the truck and driver all lined up for me - even before he had sent the contract to me and before I had signed it.

After my very bad experience with the other two companies, it was like a breath of fresh air to deal with Jay and to witness the efficiency with which he operated!

For over two weeks on the" Driver's Board", my car was the only car coming out of Delaware and coming to Colorado. Other companies just kept making excuses but Jay got it done quickly and efficiently.

My car was 2 days late getting picked up, but this was because of the snow in Delaware and was neither Jay's fault nor the trucking company's fault. In fact, the trucking company worked hard to still get the car delivered to me on the original day that it was scheduled. The car arrived very dirty, but that was because of the spray that was kicked up on the wet highways between Delaware and Colorado.

I was very happy with the service and results that Jay delivered!
