I was able to call and talk with Jay at all times. He always answered the phone and was up front with all concerns and questions. The trucking company was supposed to com on Saturday but got held up in Tampa. They called me and told me they'd be there the next day and they were. Kevin the driver was nice and took care of my truck. The truck was picked up on a Sunday evening in Sarasota, FL and delivered to Hammonton, NJ on Wednesday morning. Flawless move with excellent customer service. I was a bit apprehensive about the whole deal being I never shipped a automobile. But Jay took care of everything and I'm glad I chose him. Hands down the easiest move I've ever done. Thanks Jay.
