As someone who had no idea what to expect from an auto transport service, I'm happy to report that Jay made the experience very easy and stress free. He took the time to explain the process of shipping my car from Chicago, IL to Miami, FL in a way that other companies did not. Communication was clear from beginning to end. I would definitely recommend Jays service and I will be using him again in the future if needed.
