My daughter goes to college in Boulder, Colorado. We called Jayhawk in July to schedule them to pick up her car in August. We were very clear that her car needed to be delivered to Colorado from Massachusetts by August 20th. They never picked up the car but charged her credit card $200. Now in a last minute scramble, we are driving her car to Colorado so she will have it there in time for school to start. I have to hire an attorney and contact the better business bureau to collect the $200 they charged us. Save yourself the headache and GO WITH SOMEONE ELSE, JAYHAWK SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS.
