Do not USE THIS COMPANY - CAME TO OUR HOME TO PICK UP MONEY AND NEVER PICKED UP THE VEHICLE FOR DELIVERY

This company was recommended through someone at work who had used them previously. They were contacted and Jack Koontz provided us with a great quote and indicated that if paid in cash it would be best as none of the companies he was contacting for transport were accepting credit cards. This was in early Dec 2016. Jack Koontz came to our home, provided us with a business card and a receipt (electronic). After he took the money, he disappeared. The vehicle was never picked up. At first, he claimed that the truck was stuck in a snow storm up North, then that the drivers did not want to work during the holidays, etc. There was one excuse after the other. We are in May 2017 and this gentleman (if we should address him this way) has failed and lied over and over and over about refunding our money. I've been asking for a refund since January 2017 and five months later we have not seen our money. I was taught that when you take something that does not belong to you it is called "stealing."

Over the many excuses, this guy has used he even stated that he did not care as the company is filing bankruptcy and that he does not have to return anything. Please do not risk loosing your money.
