I was told over and over that it was getting taken care of, when i called for a update 3days after scheduled pickup i was told that lori will have to call me back after 2 days i called again same issue,this time i called the next day rep ask if she can call me back that she is working on my transport but no response asked for a refund and 6 days later no reponse
