I contacted the company for transport and was given a decent price compared to others. They then notified me that there was an additional 75 dollar charge since I had a truck. I cancelled the request and they still took my deposit of 175. I contacted them a week later to see when they would put the money back into my account (first left message with no return call and then followed up with another call) and she explained the owners mother had an accident so was not available at that time but would get it back to me. It has been two weeks with no return call and no refund. Next step is to now file a dispute against the company through my bank which takes time. SO JMAC IS MORE TROUBLE THAN THEY ARE WORTH!.
