This is a follow up to my earlier complaint. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN OR COMPANY.
After my poor review and him cancelling my contract because he refused to honor it he called me and began to berate me and called me a liar. I hung up on him.
He was angry because I hired another broker. I kept impeccable records of all this and can prove there was no carrier assigned to my vehicle when he called and said he had a carrier and wanted more money from me.
I have the contract as well as E Mail documentation of what took place and my confirmation to him giving him 24 houras to rebutt his cancellation of the contract. As of this writing 4 days later he has not replied to the E Mail.
He cancelled my contract not me. Yet he just tried to bill my credit card for the $125 cancellation fee.
You can decide if you want to do business with this person or company. All I can do is warn you.
