JFG Transport transported my car from West Palm Beach, Florida, to the San Francisco Bay Area. The car arrived damaged (bashed-in driver rear quarter panel). JFG carries a relatively high deductible on their insurance ($2500) and when it was determined that the damage was less than $2500, they initially refused to pay for the damage. When threatened with court action, they made arrangements for a garage to fix the problem, then backed out of their arrangements. Four months later, they still have not paid for the car to be fixed. I am finally in the process of going to court after all their delays.
