John Hilbourn of Iron Horse Car Carriers Inc., 19 Poe Elkins Road, Clarkton, NC 28433, 910-645-6073 and 910-234-4518 did an outstanding job moving my son's pickup truck from North Carolina to Phoenix, AZ. John was the sub contractor for Express Auto. He was timely and when he was going to be a little late called to let me know. He has a number that you can call that he updates daily and lets you know where he and your car are located. He has his own truck and also does broker work. He was very professional to deal with. He got to Phoenix before my son and took the time to wait around an extra 10 hours to affect delivery rather than make my son wait. He was scheduled to go on to Los Angeles but put off this trip to help my son get his truck immediately. You just can't beat that customer service. He answers his phone calls and the vehicle was delivered on time in excellent condition. I would use this guy again in a heartbeat and recommend him to my closest friends. I hope your experiences are as good as mine.
