Roy was my initial customer service contact and was professional and courteous, even when I called him to tell him that the deal had fallen apart and that I would not be needing Intercity's services. The next day the deal was back on and Roy took it all in stride and then said Nicki would be my contact. Bob, and his wife who were driving team were helpful and courteous. Bob kept in touch by phone, giving me periodic updates and they showed up right on time. It was raining cats and dogs and they did everything they could to help keep the interior of the car dry as it has no roof. They asked several times if I wanted plastic to put over the cockpit or seat. They could not have been nicer.
In my opinion, if you want top shelf service, look no further. These folks haul some of the best and most expensive cars in the world and they're pros.
Highly, highly recommended.
