My whole experience with Intercity Lines was awesome from beginning to end. Roy was my contact for the initial quote and information about what the next steps were. Lindsay took care of the contact and scheduling with the driver. Andy was my driver. He stayed in contact with me once he was closer to delivery. The day before the delivery he was very good at letting me know where he was, setting expectations and trying to coordinate a meet time to take delivery of the car.

The day I took delivery of the car Andy did a great job of finding the right spot to unload the car. He was flexible in delivery location and found just the right spot for me. He was very friendly and professional. I can't say enough even though it was a short time that we actually had in person.

Overall my experience was excellent with InterCity Lines. Roy, Lindsay and Andy did an outstanding job of communicating and keeping me informed. I wouldn't hesitate to use them the next time I need to have a car transported anywhere in the United States.
