To: Everyone out there who is considering shiping an automobile PLEASE stay away from Instant Auto Transport as it is my belief that they are not as upstanding as they profess to be.
Let me tell you what happend to my wife and I ; We contacted I.A.T. boy was that a mistake however they coned us into shipping an auto for us and charged us $1085.00 too pick up the auto in Cal. and ship it to MI. by Dec. 15, 2004 we even recieved a call from I.A.T. telling us that the car was on it's way the delivery date came and to our surprise we learned that car was still in Cal. So we called I.A.T. to fined out what was going on and Bob said that he would check in to it and call us back but never did. The next day we call again Bob started giving us a run around so as you might imagin we became angry and started to investgate further and found that we wore CHARGED the full amount up front and that is ILLEGAL to do. The DRIVERS collect the shipping upon arrival.
When we contacted I.A.T. Mr. Robert Regian the owner started to get very nasty with us so we demanded our money back he said sue me. So I contacted some people in Ca. and they gave Mr. Regain a call and told him to return our money or criminal charges would be filed we allso found out that Mr. Rrgain was associated with a person by the name of Sutherland who we were told is currently being prosacuted for doing the same thing taking peoples money up front and not giving it back so BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
