This company is full of crap. Not only did they not respond to my emails asking for confirmation that someone was coming to pick it up, but the driver STOLE items from my car. I know stolen items are not covered, but I expected thieves to steal my items NOT THE DRIVER.

My windows were not broken and I had stuff missing at the end of the trip so either he did not lock the door, or stole items...either way STUPID. The driver also refused to drive into SF even though it was agreed to before hand...I had to take a cab at 5 AM to Millbrae to get my car...and then the guy was 4 hours late so I sat around the train station until he came.

Do not use this company seriously. There are so many other companies you can use, even ONE instance of a driver stealing is unacceptable.

I am so angry and will do all I can to take these people down...if you have questions about my experience, seriously email and I will respond.
