Please DO NOT EVER USE THEM. THE WORST company to do business with. We shipped 2 cars from Florida to NJ. We were told we would have the cars in 3 days, well over a week later and still waiting for the cars. They kept telling us that the truck broke down in Georgia and they are waiting for another truck to come. A month after we received the cars, I receive a court legal notice to appear in court for an unpaid parking ticket in NJ. The date of the ticket was when the car was still in the possession of IHook. We did not receive the cars until 6 days after the ticket was issued. How can my car be stuck in Georgia on a truck and the same time sitting on a street in Elizabeth NJ for a parking ticket?? You will get nowhere when you try and call IHook to resolve the problem. They will not help you. ABSOLUTELY THE MOST RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL staff working at IHook. They will NEVER call you back, they just put your phone call on hold for hours and forget about you. RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, DO NOT TRUST THEM. Please DO NOT USE IHOOK!! Now I am stuck going to sit in a court room and pay a parking ticket for my car that was in their possession. I would really like to know where our cars were the whole time. I asked them to provide me with documentation for where the cars were at all times so I can bring to court for evidence. They said they have an "app" and will be able to send me the days, and times of where my cars were at all times. Well nothing was ever sent. NO SURPRISE
