I received a quote from ICS on January 13, 2005 for the amount of $551.25. I had quotes from other carriers ranging from $500 to $1000. I accepted the quote the following day. I received an email on January 17, 2005 saying that a carrier has been assigned and that I should expect pickup within 1-10 days. At that time, a deposit of $125 was placed on my charge card. That same day, I received a call from the carrier (Os-car transport) saying that he was ready to pick the car up that day!

The estimated shipping time was 2-5 days. The following day (January 18, 2005) I received another call from the driver arranging for drop off. The car got into my hands in about 26 hours from when it was picked up! I have driven that route many, many times and it is 1225 miles from Austin TX, to my home near MPLS, MN.


The load # is #6201 and the shipping order # is 58753659. Sherry Compton was my contact @ ICS and Jose was the driver @ Os-car Transport. Both were very helpful, friendly, professional, and it couldn't have gone any easier. Highly recommended. I will use them again.
