BEFORE THEY TOOK MY MONEY I received a fair quote from them and they were able to answer any questions that I had over email. After they took my money, I could not get a response from them. THEY WOULD NOT REPLY TO ANY OF MY EMAILS AFTER THEY HAD MY MONEY. It has been a week and still ne reply. The car wasn't picked up and I can't get ahold of any one. They are a SCAM Business. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Beauru, and they had 22 other complaints since 2001 (when they opened)
