Pick-up was late because the driver's truck was in the shop, but my main problem was with the driver, Ahmed. He was quite rude, both to the person from whom he picked up the car and to me. Although the contract was for pick-up and drop off as close to the house as possible, on both ends he tried to compel us to meet him at a truck stop off the highway.
