The car pickup - 3 days late. The drop off from MA to CA took 10 days. They promise less, so be careful and ready for this extra time. Driver, Jeff, said he wanted to swing through AR to pick up his wife. Biggest issue: huge damage on the back of my SUV. They claim it was "ice damage" therefore they are not responsible. This damage was not caused by ice according to 3 auto body shops. The owner of this company, Walter said he'd pay my deductible - and has been leading us on for 3 weeks now. Walter Schustikow keeps saying he has no money and can't pay just yet etc etc. He strings you along - does not take responsibility. Has not returned my call from two days ago now.

UPDATED: Walter finally reimbursed us for the deductible on my insurance $500. However, to fix the vehicle requires a claim on my own insurance which effects my future rates and will show up on any new insurance application.

The amount of time it took to get the car from MA to CA was ridiculous. The driver Jeff blamed it on the weather, and there was a bad storm that month.

We had to rent a car in LA for 10 days waiting and waiting for the car to get delivered. That cost a small fortune too. Thanks Walter for making the entire experience miserable.
