Captain Mark calls himself honest but he is not. I will make this short. He had a job order for over 10-14 days and could not get the job done. I told him to close the job and asked for my deposit back. He agreed to close it but when I asked for my deposit back it turned into a big ordeal. Basically, he did not want to do so because he claimed he had done the work and I had to pay the fee. Well after screaming at him and many emails or texts, this guy actually sent me long texts trying to keep my money. Anyway, He sent me an email saying REFUND COMPLETE. Long story short, I get my credit card statement and NO CREDIT was listed. I contacted him and he says it was his carrier that ended up picking my vehicle and no refund was due. Okay, he has the job over a week, more like almost 10 to 14 days, but could not get it done, I immediately hire another company and they get it done the very next day. But, he thinks that because the car was picked up that money is his??????????? He is the worst business man I have ever dealt with. Keep in mind I was only asking for my $ 100 deposit back. He must really need the money! BEWARE

This review is the farthest thing from the truth! We were given a rush job and had the truck dispatched in an hour. Unfortunately the customer was provided an address that was 180 miles away and that carrier was NOT in position. After the customer figured things out, we got Royalty Trucking LLC - and driver Devin to pickup and deliver the vehicle within a day once the customer finally paid the fees. Truck number one was dispatched to find NO vehicle on location.
