I waited 2 weeks for my car to be picked up by another company. Capt. Mark and Stephanie stepped in, explained process in full, were very sensitive to my frustration and situation. Capt. Mark called me back the same day to say my car would be picked up the following morning. It was picked up - on time - and delivered in 2 days - on time. The driver contacted me several times during the transport to let me know where he was and when to expect him. I was grateful for Honest Auto Movers actually being HONEST! Would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

I am glad it all worked out for you Patti. None of the brokers or drivers set the price. All these agreements are contracts to make an OFFER to the drivers. Best never to make any offer until you see the 100 other offers so you can see the price brake at which 70 of them are being left behind. Add one dollar to that number and you will get exactly what you desire. There are no guarantees in car moving but if you follow this procedure like the big dealerships do, you will no pay too much and NOT get left behind as so often happens.
