I called Nichole about 10 days before I needed my car shipped. In a short period of time, she was able to locate a car transport company that could pick up my car on the days I requested (Mon or Tues). Ace Auto Transportation then called me the next week to confirm which day they would come to get my car. The pickup process went smoothly. The driver doing the pick-up was pleasant and professional. I then received my car 13 days later in Virginia which fell within the time period of 7-14 days that I was quoted. My car looked perfectly fine and was surprisingly not that dirty. Nichole called me a couple times to make sure there were not any problems during the whole process. I would definitely use them again.
