Sending my Daughter's "new car"

We had the good fortune to be able to send our daughter my wife's 4 year old Toyota Camry. After one terrible experience with NATS (NEVER GO THERE) and losing my deposit, I found this website, and chose to review the possibilities from the highest rated to lowest.

I found Hilton near the top, with a considerable amount of reviews ... all 99.99% positive. I read many of the Hilton reviews as well as others near the top and chose Hilton becase they were a "local SOCAL" company, the reviews were very positive, and the rating was very high.

The transaction was very simple .. over the internet ... plus one phone call where Nicole filled me in on how this move would play out and what to expect, how to prepare the car, timings, etc.

Since I live out in the desert, on "dirt" a distance from a paved highway, a flatbed was sent to pickup the car ... this happened with a pre-arrangement phone call, and the truck arrived without issue. ON-TIME and without issue.

After 8 days (If I remember correctly), my daughter recieved a call from the "over the road" driver who introduced himself, indicated that he was in New York state, and expected to be in Massachusetts late the next day. He and my daughter arranged a late evening delivery time convenient to both. He called a couple of times the next day to update my daughter on his progress and again when he was 15 minutes away. He maneuvered the large truck very capably down a small residential street, unloaded the car in 15 minutes, did an inspection ... and was gone. My daughter was very very happily surprised that there was not a nick, scratch or any damage whatsoever.

So, moral of the story, if you want a very satisfying experience moving your car, do your homework ... really do your homework and read the reviews here.

My personal suggestion and recommendation ... without any hesitation at all ... would be to call Nicole Hilton right away and start the transaction!!!!! I believe you can expect a very high level professional brokerage service ... and subsequently professional and competent transport service.

I work in a business where customer satisfaction is EVERYTHING ... and I am a very satified customer.
