These guys are very quick to take your money, not so much when it comes to picking up your car. The tricky thing here is that everyone at the company is pretty friendly (until you ask to cancel) and it seems as though they are running a legitimate business.

My order was placed on a Monday, my car was supposed to be picked up on a Wednesday. On that Wednesday, I called the company to check in on the status of my shipment and was told that it was in transit. So all sounds good. I then talked to the owner of the car that I bought and he said it was still sitting in his driveway. I called Highline back and they gave me a different number to call their dispatch person. How conveniently he didn't answer the phone. I think this gave him time to craft his story. So he calls me back and says that there was a delay at a dealer and it will be Saturday or Monday before it is picked up. The whole time this is going on I am out of town.

So I get back in town on that Sunday and start seeing some of these reviews. They all sounded a little too familiar. So I called to cancel that following Monday. A week after my order was placed and my car still hadn't been picked up. So much for the 7 day guarantee. They don't ask any questions when you want to cancel. They're just like OK, I will credit your account today. Seems to routine.

The funny part is, after I said I wanted to cancel, some guy calls me claiming to be a carrier saying that he is going to pick up my car that day or the next and that the delay was because there weren't many cars coming out of Arizona. So the stories don't match.

That same Monday, I found another carrier that actually picked up my car the next day.

Highline still owes me my money back. Stay away.

WE SENT A DRIVER OUT TO THE DEALER TO PICK UP DAN'S CAR. THE CAR WAS NOT READY AND NOT PAID FOR. WE PUT THE UNIT ON HOLD WAITING FOR PAYMENT TO CLEAR. DAN GOT UPSET. WHEN HE WAS HIS ON VICTIM. WE DISPATCHED ANOTHER CARRIER BUT HIS CAR WAS ALREADY GONE. ANYWAY WE CHARGED HIS CARD BACK.
