Dishonest business practices and scam

I made the mistake of not doing research on this company and simply went with the cheapest I could find. I was suckered in by the promptness of their call to get information and get the order finalized. I should have known something was wrong when I paid the full amount up front. I had my wife explain to the so called "owner" of the company that I was in Iraq and was very nervous about having a shipping company move my newly purchased Harley and that I was going to trust them with this move. Big mistake! They promptly took my cash and gave me a pickup date. I received a few or two word responses to my emails saying that my bike would be picked up on time. Well the date came and went with out any pick up. Emails and calls after that went unreturned. Finally, my wife got someone to answer and requested a refund. They assured her a refund will be sent to our bank that same day. You guessed it...still waiting. I filed a report with the BBB and I am contesting the charge to my bank card. Not only did they take advantage of me being overseas in Iraq they did not even try to make things right. I guess they thought I would just get tired of trying and give up. I have a word of advice to anyone looking to ship their vehicle, DO YOUR RESEARCH. Don't use these guys because they do not deliver on what they say. Reputable companies do not ask for the full amount up front. I got scammed but at least this may help others not make the same mistake I did. All you have to do is look at the other reviews and that should tell you.
