Unreliable not professional and damage cars

Good day I am writing this review because I have had the worst experience with this company. I went through a broker with this company in which I would never use them again. I hired this company to pick up my vehicle on tuesday February 25, 2020 from Texas and have it deliver to Georgia on Saturday February 29 latest 1 pm. My vehicle did not get picked up until that wednesday which was not in the agreement. I got no updates or bill of lading or pictures or anything from this company. I called on the company dispatch using google going of of the name the broker gave me and I was giving an attitude and was told your vehicle would be deliverd and they hanged up. They have my vehicle what do I do but have to wait. I called back on Saturday at 1pm and still did not hear from driver or company and spoke with a lady name Grace Chuk who apologized and helped me with sending me the bill of lading and pictures. Grace told me my vehicle would be there around 5-5:30 pm I asked her why the 4 hour change she had no answer. 5pm arrived I still did not get a call or anything about my vehicle. I called about 6pm giving them time in which I spoke to a guy who gave me an attitude telling me no time is guaranteed wait until I get a call. How is that possible so am I supposed to not got to work or handle my business and not know any information. The guy then told me Sir your vehicle will be there 9-9:30 pm I said Sir I was told two other times in which he hanged up on me. I then waited until 9:30 and called again the driver this time the driver said your vehicle will be there in 15 minutes and hanged up in my face. I waited and waited put my kids to bed in which I then got a text few minutes later stating "Sorry your vehicle will be delivered monday which was March 2". I then asked the driver what does that mean he text me back saying "monday is monday". I then told whoever i was texting they would not answer the phone they can take the car back to texas I will contact licensing, the auction and business bureau in which I then got a text saying my vehicle is flat and unless I have a air pump they cant get me my vehicle that night. I then told them I have a pump. They told me be by the end of the road in 10 minutes. I had to rush get a neighbor to watch the kids so i can get a ride for the car. The driver delivered the car in the most darkest part of the street. I had to climb on his trailer and put the air in the tire myself. I signed the the phone receipt but I wish I didn't. I got the car home the following morning because it was late and the tire was busted like the driver maybe hit something and there is scratches to the left side rear driver side and in the pics from the auction and there pics didn't have damages from earlier. Due to it being so late and dark I didn't even look for damages trying to get home to my kids. I will never recommend or recommend anyone to this company. They are doing people wrong and doing it smart. Delivering vehicles in the dark and when your out of your inspection mode due to sleep. This company should be out of license. Rip OFFFFFFFFFF. SCAMMMMMM There is nowhere for me to upload the pics or text messages from the driver but to be safe and receive your car how you bought it use a better company. All I can say is thank you grace for what you did to help, by sending me the bill of lading 4 days later.
