We had Harvey's Transportation deliver a new 2009 Beetle to a customer in Mississippi. When the vehicle left our dealership it was detailed inside and out, had a full tank of gas and had only 230 +/- mile on it. When the customer received the vehicle it was filthy inside and there was only a 1/4 tank of gas in the car and 430 +/- miles on it. We consider the 3/4 tank of gas as being "stolen" per your description listed in the Truck/Carrier type. We tried to contact Harvey's Transportation to no avail. The number has a recording that states "the cellular customer is not accepting calls at this time." We also emailed this transportation company through Central Dispatch and received no reply. Please be careful if you choose to use this company.
