I recently bought a 2023 Genesis G70 from Manheim Orlando and it had front-end damage, even though it was rated as a 5.0 condition in the report. When I contacted Manheim Orlando about this issue, they said that the driver should have noted the damage on the gate pass before taking the vehicle from the auction. The driver from Happy Auto Transport didn't note the damage and mentioned that I should have told them to note any damages, which would have been an extra cost.
