Recently I had my car shipped from Miami to the Boston area as brokered by 123/ Point to Point Auto Transport. Admittedly, I was extremely nervous and apprehensive when I made the arrangements and waited for my Volvo to arrive. After making the reservations for my car, I learned more about the auto transport industry and came to realize that many terrible things can happen industry-wide, such as fraud, damage, theft, over charging, etc. At the same time I realized there’s 2 sides to a story and that it is nearly impossible for any company to please every customer and meet every single expectation, realistic and unrealistic. I also realized that people are very busy and cannot necessarily submit a positive review when the service was delivered as promised and that a dissatisfied customer is more likely to write with fervor. Since I needed to transport my car 1500miles, I put my faith in this job & I trusted them to do the right thing. Well, despite some of the less than satisfied reviews I read about the broker, the contractor certainly met my very high standards for good service. The contractor HCJtransport.com, carried out the job with integrity. HCJ transport is a small, honest business, with owners (Henry & Jeannette) working hard to be successful and they delivered as hired to do. Overall, I am very pleased with the excellent administrative service, competitive price and the professionalism shown by every person connected with this job. I want to share this with everyone to help ease the apprehensiveness that is so prevalent in the auto transport business. I highly recommend HCJ Auto Transport for your car transport needs.
