I had Golden Key Express deliver my 2010 Corolla from Maryland to Southern California. My car was delivered six days after it was retrieved and my experience was overwhelmingly positive.
The driver was Alfred. He was polite, courteous and professional. He was very thorough in his inspection of my vehicle and he pointed out all of the blemishes that he recorded to me. It made me see that he was very good at his job as well as very honest.
The driver kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. This includes: giving me one day's notice of the precise time he would pickup my car, updating me two days later on where my car was and when he expected to have it delivered and giving me one day's notice of the precise time of when he would deliver my vehicle.
The driver was also very accommodating to my schedule. He originally wanted to pickup my car in the morning but, since I was not available then, instead cheerfully agreed to come in the late afternoon.
Overall, my experience with this company was nothing less than excellent. I will highly recommend Golden Key Express to anyone who needs their car transported.
