Ellen is the only real broker. She was able to set-up an enclosed transport from Southern CA to Oregon. It was only about $300 more than the open and worth every penny. She answered all our questions, of which there were many since reading some of the bad experiences people have had on this site. I would highly recommend her as you can pay with a credit card and not have to hand the driver cash. She didn't even charge the card until it was on it's way to us. She made it a great experience!
