Contacted Ellen about shipping my car down the east coast. Very upfront, no surprises, original load date was may 6th. Called to move it up to the week of April 20th and she had a driver scheduled that same day.. When that driver broke down on the way to pickup, she had me another driver the very next day. Car arrived in GA 1 day earlier that expected!
