THIS COMPANY IS A HORRIBNLE TRANSPORT COMPANY.. We used them to transport one car from CA to TX (~1520 miles). They picked up the car Wed, June 12th and we were told that it should arrive in approximately one week. We called several times to check on the status and the representative would say that they would call us back but they never did. I called on Friday, June 21st and expressed the frustration of not getting any response and call back. A woman named Amy put me on hold for 10 minutes and informed me that the transport vehicle had mechanical problems in Phoenix and it is still there. They said that our car will not arrive until Wed, June 26th which is two weeks from the pick up date. Phoenix is about 400 miles from CA and so they are only about 1/4 of the way. In addition Amy indicated that the transport vehicle was at the body shop even though she stated that it had mechanical problems. It sounds very suspicious and she was very rude.

Buyer beware. There are many auto transport companies that claim that they are reliable, stress fee and top notch but not this one.
