EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICES AND TRANSPORT

On December 15, 2010 I, contacted Global Experss Auto Transport for a Quote.
I was welcomed and greeted by an operator named Shannon. The young lady asked me for a
quote or order id no# and it was given to her ( which was 50359yp) the operator shannon
advised me that Mrs. Amanda Miller would be assisting me and she transferd me to extention 102.
Mrs. Amanda miller was my sales representative: Now keep in mind this is the first time i
transport a vehicle. Mrs. Miller was so helpfuand and courteous responsiveness to my
concerns and questions she explained in detail the procedure of
transporting my car , I tell you i was very afraid since i had to catch a flight and wasn't sure
this was going to take off correctly, BUT IT DID EVERYTHING WENT AS PLANNED, I RECEIVED
AN E-MAIL 24 HRS PRIOR TO MY SERVICE WHICH WAS SCHEDULED FOR JANUARY 5, 2011
LATER I RECEIVED A CALL FROM MARY VERIFYING ALL THE INFORMATION FROM THE PICK UP
LOCATION TO THE DROP DESTINATION. LATER THE NEXT DAY THE DRIVER CALLED ME THAT
HE WAS ON HIS WAY TO PICK UP MY CAR TO TRANSPORT IT TO ARIZONA, I WAS EXSTATIC
I WAS SO HAPPY AND PLEASED WITH THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT GLOBAL EXPRESS AUTO TRANSPORT HAS PROVIDED ME. I AM COMPLETLY SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE OF THE DRIVER, HE CONDUCTED AN INSPECTION BEFORE HE PICK UP THE VEHICLE. AND AT THE END OF THE SERVICE IT WAS THE SAME PROCEDURE.. I WOULD RECOMMENTED THIS TRANPORT COMPANY TO ANY OF MY FRIEND AN D FAMILY,.
