Bad Customer service and Quote price is FAR OFF

Very poor customer service. They never told me when they were going to pick the car up, never emailed me the driver's name/number. The guy that I was working with apparently decided to take the rest of the week off. I was trying to get a car shipped within two weeks, which means that I needed to contact someone a lot to get the car to where it needed to be. Unfortunately they have horrible customer service. They talk like they are going to help you out all of the time, except for when you give them the money. After that they dissappear and you won't hear from them unless you call them ten times a day, and even if you leave a message they won't return your calls. They may even add in a comment at the bottom of this trying to explain a logical explanation for why I wrote this, don't believe them. Do not use this company unless you want to add extra stress to your move. They quoted me originally at 675, then it jumped up to 900, and then without asking me and delivering the car it cost me 975. 300 dollars is a lot of money to misquote someone. I could have gone with another company Autos on the go that was going to charge 860 in the first place. It would have been a lot less hassle and atleast that guy answered his phone.
