They caused over $4,000 in damages to my motorcycle during delivery...The driver did not give my friend a copy of the bill of lading at pick up...Then the driver added the damages to the bill of lading on delivery...I have 6 eyewitnesses to these facts and a $4,000 estimate for repairs and the company will not return my phone calls or emails.
I have filed a law suit and criminal fraud charges are also pending against the driver but the company was still backing up the driver last time they talked to me
They will not even give me the contact info for their insurance company so that we can try to resolve this.
