Gentle Touch transported my Jaguar from Virginia to Washington state this past month. The driver (Doug Hyatt) was extremely pleasant and continually contacted me by telephone to arrange pickup of the car, and then called several times during the transport to let me know where he was and when to expect him for delivery.
When he arrived with my car, he was pleasant and personable even after such a long day. Before he delivered my car, he washed the windows and wiped the car down (it was dusty from the long trip <g>!)
I would definitely deal directly with Gentle Touch if I need to move a vehicle again. Great people!
