It was safe and car came without any damage. The price was bearable and not so high.
The pick up was a bit late, but that was ok because I had given a late notice.
The truck driver arrived 3 to 4 days after I gave a confirmation to pick the car. The Truck owners were calling and updating me the drivers position of when he is going to arrive to pick the car. That was nice.
Even after the driver arrived to my place he took the car next day only since he was tired and he came in the evening hours. The car was tied safely to the truck , leaving gaps between two cars.
But My number was twisted a little bit so that it doesn't cause damage to the nearby car in the truck.
It had a facility of keeping 100 pounds on the car, which was nice. I was able to shift my bags and things which would have been tough for me carry otherwise. It took 6 days for the car to reach my new location. Before the driver arrived truck owners called me and updated the location of the driver. I was able to change the address of drop, I had asked the driver to drop at a place near to my office , it was easy for me take it and go. The driver's attitude looks like he is not much aware of the car safety etc. He was handling it a little bit roughly. the car was dirty since it was an open carrier which was acceptable. there were two , three scratches which could have been avoided if the driver had taken a little more care
