Ken's originally quoted price was $1045.00, but when speaking to the agent he didnt want to pay more than $825.00. The quoted price is the price that is what is required to move your vehicle. We don't pad the price. We actually cut what profit we do get by giving a discount to military and students. When you called upset that your vehicle hasn't moved yet, it would require paying your oeiginal quote price not the discounted price you originally asked for. And you didnt have a problem with that, I didn't even charge you the $1045, I only charged you $900. Your agent paid the difference because she was wrong to allow such a discount to be entered into the system. Jim
