Jim returned phone calls and sent me emails and was very professional about the situation. He explained very thoroughly a problem that was out of his control that effected us, but he worked around it and made it happen. This is the first time I had shipped a car across the country, and not knowing any thing about doing that situation, he was a blessing and God sent. I was very happy and Melody my daughter is enjoying the car. thanks again Glenn Midgley
