Freight Center is the WORST! Had a cross country shipment arranged thru them using YRC as the carrier. Damaged goods arrived late, with half the shipment missing. Mirror box laying flat on a skip jack as YRC, the shipper delivered to my sidewalk. Second half was found and delivered another day. Then I was charged additional freight costs that almost doubled my original bill. They charged it straight onto my credit card, so I had no opportunity to argue. When I spoke to a manager at Freight Center, he was arrogant and completely unhelpful.

STAY AWAY!!! Wish I had.
